Coconut burfi/Coconut Vadi

 Ingredients:

1 cup grated Coconut
3/4 cup Sugar
Recipe:
1. Take a pan, add coconut and sugar, cook it, mix it continuously to make sure it will not get burnt.
2. In order to check whether it is done, take small amount and try to make a ball, if you can, then it is the indication its cooked properly.
3. Take a plate, greese it, disperse the content in thin layer, and cut it in square or rectangle pieces.
Note: You can add cardamom and nuts if you like.
