Besan Burfi/Chakki
Ingredients:
Besan 2 cups
Sugar - powdered 2 cups
Cardamom powder -1/2 spoon
Pure Ghee - 3/4th cup
Nuts - cashew and almond
Recipe:
1. Take a pan, add ghee, Besan and roast it until it is light brown.
2. Let it cool until it become solid.(atleast 2 hour)
3. Add powdered sugar and cardamom powder.
4. Take a flat pan, heat it on high flame for 2 minutes and lower the flame. Keep the pan with Besan laddu mix prepared on flat pan for a minute.
5. Add the mix to the plate,disperse it uniformly , add nuts as shown in pic. After it cools, you can keep it in fridge(when the mix is little warm) for fast cooling, cut into squares... Ready.
