Whole wheat layered Garlic Naan & Capsicum Masala
Serves - 4 (8 garlic naan)
Ingredients:
Garlic Naan:
Garlic cloves - 8 to 9 (depending on taste)
Cumin seeds - 1Tsp
Ajwain - 1/2 tsp
Salt
Baking soda - 1/2 Tsp
Curd - 1/2 cup
Whole wheat flour - 250gms
Paneer capsicum masala:
4 small sized capsicum chopped
1tsp - Mustard powder
1tsp - Red chilli powder
Pinch of turmeric
Salt as per taste
200 gms of paneer cubes
1tsp besan
1 cup curd
2 tsp - Dhaniya powder(corriander powder)
1tsp - kasuri methi
Garlic Naan:
1. Mix curd , baking soda, salt and add whole wheat flour and make a dough and let it sit for 1/2 an hour , cover with wet fresh cloth.
2. For Garlic Naan, take a dough , roll it flat and round, bake it, while baking apply oil and garlic, cumin and ajwain grinded paste as shown in video.
Paneer Capsicum Masala:
1. Take a curd , add red chilli powder, turmeric, salt, mustard powder, corriander powder , chopped capsicum and add Paneer cubes and let it sit for 1/2 hour.
2. Take a pan, add oil, add cumin seeds, pinch of turmeric, kasuri methi, add marinated mixture of paneer and capsicum, close the lid, let it cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add 1tsp besan, little water and salt (if required) and cook further for 5 minutes.
