Pudhchutney

Ingredients:

Chana dal & urad dal -100 grams
Cumin seeds, Corriander seeds, Jaggery, Tamarind, Dry coconut, Teel(sesame), Ground nuts - 50 grams each
Chillies or Chilli Powder - 50gms(its upto you, as per your spice requirement)
2 bunches of curry leaves
Salt as per your requirement
1/2 cup oil

Recipe:
1. Roast Chana dal, Urad dal, Ground nut, Teel, Coconut separately.
2. Take a pan, add 1 spoon oil, roast corriander seeds, Cumin Seeds, Curry leaves.
3.Wash the Tamarind in water lightly.
4.Take a pan, add remaining oil, let it heat and switch of the stove.
5. Add a pinch of Turmeric to hot oil, Asafotida, Jaggery, lightly washed Tamarind.
6. Grind all in turn, add salt & Chilli powder, mix it.

This is used as:
1. As mentioned in Murmure post or can use in Bhel.
2. Mix it with curd and serve it as Raita.
3. Ghee , Rice & Pudh chutney.
4. Can be used while preparing Chivda
