Chenna Sandesh(Steamed Cheese Cake)
Ingredients:
Milk - 2 litres
Lemons - 3 (juice)
Cardamom: 2 (Grind it)
Sugar: 1/2 cup(Grind it)
Milk : 1/2 cup warm, separately keep aside.
Serves: 5(15 square pieces)
Recipe:
1. Heat the milk until its little boiling.
2. Add the lemon juice.
3. Mix it, so it will split, you see the solid portion , filter it.
4. Grind the solid part(which is cheese/paneer), adding sugar, 1/2 cup milk and cardamom.
5. Take a Idli cooker, add water, keep the steel table stand or any small utensil adding water.
6. Greese a round plate which fits in the Idli cooker, and add the grinder paste.
7. Close the lid, steam it for 20 minutes, and check with knife, if nothing sticks., then its done.
8. Let it cool, keep it in fridge for 15 minutes, take the knife and make square pieces.
