Thecha

 Ingredients:

Green chillies - 250 gms
Garlic - 50gms
Green corriander leaves - 1 cup
Salt as per requirement
Oil - 2 spoons
Asafoetida - 1/4th spoon
Recipe: Take a pan, add oil, let it heat, add cumin seeds, asafoetida, green chillies, corriander, garlic and close the lid for 2 to 3 minutes until the ingredients turn little brownish here and there.
Then grind it, add the warm oil remaining in the pan after grinding.
Ready!!
Have it with Jowar roti(Bhaakri) or chapati, paratha or dhapata(dhapati in kannada) or even with rice.
