Rasgulla

 Ingredients:

Paneer - 250gms
Sugar - 2 cups
Cardamom
Recipe:
1. Grind the paneer cubes.
2. Knead it for 5 minutes until it becomes soft.
3. Make balls.
4. Take a idli cooker or cooker, boil 5 cups of water adding sugar, while boiling gently drop all balls.
5. Close the lid without whistle and let it boil on low flame for 7 to 8 minutes.
6. You see the balls are little big in size and fluffy to press.
Note: Take a wide cooker for preparing.
