Ingredients:

3 cups of cooked Basmati rice
Jaggery and grated coconut - 2 cups each
Cashews and raisins
Ghee - 4 spoons
Powdered Cardamom - 1/2 spoon








Recipe:
1. Take a cooker, add 2 spoons of ghee, add cloves, add water required for cooking and rice, cook the rice.
2. Take a pan, add 2 spoons of ghee, add dry fruits and nuts, after little roasting, add jaggery and coconut, cook it for atleast 5 minutes, until jaggery melts and properly cook with coconut or until It will becomes soft.
3. Add the cooked rice and mix it.
4. Close the lid and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame.
