Namak Para

Ingredients:
Maida - 1/2 kg
Salt aas per your requirement
Ajwain powder- 1 spoon
Jeera - 1 spoon
Oil for frying
Soda - 1/2 spoon
Chat masala





Recipe:
1. Take maida, add jeera, Ajwain powder, salt, add 3 spoons of warm oil, add soda, make a dough.
2. Take a handful dough, roll it round, use the cutter (karanji cutter) and make diamond shaped pieces.
3. Take a pan, heat the oil on high flame initially, then turn it to medium, fry the pieces until they trun little light brownish.. Fry it on medium flame to prepare crispy namak pare.
4. Sprinkle the chat masala.
