Malida
Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Ghee - 2 spoons
Jaggery 1/2 cup
Sugar - 3 spoons
Cardamom powder - 1/2 spoon
Fennel seeds - 1spoon
Recipe:
1. Make a dough of wheat flour and make chapatis.
2. Then make pieces or coarsely grind if you like.
3. Add ghee to pan, let it heat, add chapati pieces, jaggery and sugar, cardamom powder, fennel seeds and mix it properly.
4. Prepare ladoo while it is warm.
