Instant Saboodana Thalipeet(without soaking)

 Ingredients:

Saboodana 1 cup
Green chillies
Salt as per taste
Ground nut powder - 1 1/2cup
Cumin seeds
Oil - 3 spoons
Recipe:
1. Grind saboodana and make it fine flour.
2. Add grinded ground nut powder, cumin seeds, chopped green chillies and make a dough.
3. Take a flat pan, do not keep on stove yet, add oil, take a handful of dough and pat it on pan to make round. Make small holes here and there which ensures excess heat to release and cook the other side.
4. Now cook it for few minutes until brown.
Ready to serve with any chutney, like in picture I add chilli chutney(chilli powder, lemon , salt and sugar).
You can add veggies, as its ekadashi we have not added any.
Note: For any type of Thalipeet, we need atleast 3 spoons of oil to make one as the layer will be thick.
