GulabJamun Modak

Ingredients:

Ready mix Gulab Jamun
Sugar - 2 cups
Cardamom powder
Ghee for frying Jamuns
Recipe:
1. Mix the ready mix with water and make dough. Knead it properly.
2. Take a Modak maker, fill in and make a Modak shape .
3. Take a pan, add sugar and water to make syrup, after the sugar dissolves, give one boil to make the syrup, consistent not too thick nor watery.
4. Take a pan, add Ghee, fry each on low flame.
5. Add fried Modak Gulab Jamuns to syrup.
6. While filling the Modak maker, add nuts or raisins if you like. Ready!!
