Chiwda

Ingredients:
Thin poha - 500 grams
1/2 cup each of following:
Roasted chana(puthane)
Ground nuts
Roasted & Grinded sesame seeds
Dry Coconut slices
Sundried curd Methi mirchi
Chopped Green chillies
1 spoon each:
Cumin powder
Ajwain powder
Chilli powder
Amchur powder
Corriander powder
Curry leaves
1/2 spoon Turmeric
Pinch of Asafoetida
Salt as per taste
Oil - 1 cup




Recipe:
1. Roast the thin poha and keep it aside.
2. Take a pan, add oil, let it heat, fry each in turn and add it to Poha. Fry ground nuts, puthane, green chillies, curry leaves, dahi mirchi, coconut and add it to poha.
3. In the same oil, add cumin seeds, turmeric, asafoetida, jeera powder, ajwain powder.
4. Add the oil to poha and amchur powder, chilli powder, corriander powder , salt to poha, mix all.
