Vatlydalicha Usal(Raw mango - Spilt chickpeas/Chana dal snack)

Ingredients:
Chana dal - 200 gms
Green chillies - 5 to 6
Grated raw Mango - 1/2 cup
Salt as per your requirement.
Oil - 3/4 small cup
Curry leaves
Pinch of Turmeric
1 spoon Cumin seeds
Pinch of Asafoetida
Corriander
Recipe:
1. Grind Chana dal, green chillies, Raw mango, Curry leaves and Corriander.
2. Take a pan, add oil, let it heat, add cumins seeds, Turmeric , Asafoetida and grinded mixture.
3. Add salt and keeping mixing until dal turn into little darker yellowish.
4. Sim the stove and keep the lid.
5. The indication of well cooked dal is, it will become dry.
