Malabar Spinach pakoda/ Bacchali Kura Pakoda
Ingredients:
For Pakoda:
Bachali kura leaves - 10
Besan - 1/2 cup
Rice flour - 2 Tsp
Oil for frying
Pinch of Turmeric
Salt to taste
Recipe:
Mix Besan, rice flour, add pinch of turmeric, salt to taste, 1 spoon hot oil and mix it with water to make a batter. Dip the leaves and fry it in oil until light brown on low flame.
