Chilli Curry/Mirchi chi Bhaji
Ingredients:
Green Chillies - 200gm
Roasted ground nut powder - 1/2 cup
Corriander Powder - 3 spoons
Garam Masala - 1 spoon
Chilli powder - 1 spoon
Tamarind - lemon size quantity
Salt as per requirement
Cumin seeds
Pinch of Turmeric
Pinch of Asafoetida
3 spoons of oil
Recipe:
1. Soak Tamarind in water
2. Cut the chillies vertically(not in two pieces), slit one side and keep the other side intact.
3. Take a pan, add 1 1/2 cup of water, add all chillies and let it boil for 5 minutes.
4. Take a pan, add oil, let it heat, add cumin seeds, Turmeric, Asafoetida and add the Tamarind juice.
5. Add Garam masala, Corriander powder, chilli powder and let it boil for 2 minutes.
6. Then add boiled chillies, dont drain the water.
7. Add Ground nut power and salt as per taste.
8. Add water if required for gravy, boil it , if oil appears on the sides or surface, then it is properly cooked.
